Returns and Claims
Returns: Prior approval must be obtained from the Customer Service Department. Returns must be received within 14 days of obtaining merchandise and must be in original packaging. A 15% restocking free is assessed on all returns unless the merchandise is evaluated as defective or the result of Larksilk's error.
Claims: claims, shortages, overages, incorrect stock or damaged merchandise must be reported to the Customer Service Department within 14 days of shipment. The invoice number will be needed to process the claim.
